The Wild Flower

Poem about the wild flower who liked liberty.

wild flower

The little wild flower
Once blossomed blissfully on a river bank
Adorned by fellow species
Admired by strangers;
Is now dancing in an urban garden
Amids bustle of modern tyranny.
The wind is not pushing it behind
Nor is it pulling it front
Yet, it is the wild flower that sweeps the wind
And controls its direction.
One fine dawn the gardener complains
It about the tyranny imposed upon him,
But it seems to be aggressive
And the gardener drops it back to the river bank.
